Looking for MILLS side of family

Both of my parents were taken in by people other than blood relatives. Dad (Kenneth Dean) is a Mills from ARK: his dad is Russel and mom is Margret (?)...siblings, Donald Eugene, Margene, Jenette (aka Cookie) and Russel Harold Jr. Kenneth also had a uncle Ike Desenburger. Any information about any of these people would be greatly appreciated.
We have found my mom's family and have visited with them many times. Would love to meet my dad's side of the family.
