My Aughenbaugh family came to America from Germany in the 1700's and settled in Pennsylvania and then Kansas. My line starts with John (Mathew) ACHENBACH. His son Johan George Aughenbaugh (1769-1845) married Anna Maria TEXTER (1771-1856), who lived in York County, Pennsylvania. Their son John Thomas Aughenbaugh married Sarah NAYLOR (1803-1865). And, their son Levi Naylor Aughenbaugh (1839-1893) was married to Rebecca Jane FETROW (1844-1906) and settled in Kansas. Their daughter Elmira Frances Aughenbaugh (1867-1941) married Henry GOLLER (1860-1942), who lived in Hanston, Kansas. I am a descendent from this line.
