Doing this history so my neices and nephew so they will know who there relatives are. If anyone would like to add any info please let me know if you are from this family tree. It has been alot of fun find relatives and learning about them. Please let me know if you are related to me!!!
The Family originated from Germany in the form of Johan A Hedrick in 1714. His son Charles was born in 1741, in Germany and died in 1802 and he married Barbara Conrad who was born in 1742, in Switzerland and died in 1802 in PA. Go to my home page and you can start to see the family come alive!!
The Charles Opie Hedrick family, my grandfather, hold there reunion the 2nd Sat in June at the Millers Run homestead.
My grandparents are from Brandywine, WV and most of them can still be found there or in Rockingham County, VA. They are scattered now from WV, VA, MD, OH and some in PA. Most of them are firefighters, carpenters, and flooring men. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
