Dr. M. W. Richey Residence LeMars, Iowa

Milton built this home for Electa and in its time was said to be one of the finest in northwestern Iowa. She lived in it only about a year and then died of pneumonia. It still stands today in altered condition following a fire in the early 1940's and has been a funeral home since the family sold it.
