After a brief illiness at the Reginal Hospita, St John NB June 24 1993, Malcolm Emery Northrup of 120 Shore Road Renforth born 1928 St John NB son of the late Helma Graves & Arthur Northrup. He was employed by the St John Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Co. Ltd. for 30 years . He owned and operated East St John Taxi ,as well as Kane's Corner Esso. Recently retiring from the family business,operating the( Renforth Torryburn) Irving for the past 17 years. He is survised by beloved wife Kathleen "Kay" Comeau ,five daughters, Karen(Mills),of Darthmouth Nova Scotia, Linda (Turner) of East Riverside St John NB, Catherine ( Smith) of Renforth, Patricia (Fullerton) of Gondola Point, Debrah (Anderson) of Ottawa. Four sons Malcolm of Victoria, British Columbia, Wayne of Renforth, Stephen of Renforth, Christopher of Renforth, and one brother Percy of Portland, Me. Northup, of 120 Shore Road, Renforth, Born in 1928, Saint John New Brunswick,son of the late Helma(Graves) and Arthur Northrup. He was employed by the Saint John Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co Ltd. for 30 years: owned and operated East Saint John Taxi , as well as Kane's corner Esso. Recently retiring from the family owned business,operating the Renforth (Torryburn) Irving for the past 17 years. Body to be cremated . Memorial services will be held at St.Mark's Church Pettigill Road, Quispamsis,June 26 at 1.30 pm with reception to follow in church hall By family request no flowers. Donations to the M.I.C.U. for the c/o The Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation .Inc would be appreciated.
