Pierre is the only son of Daniel and Francoise who remained at Port Royal. he inherited the paternal home at Pre Ronde (Round Meadow) 9 miles further up from the port Royal fort.
he was captain in the Militia-he was wounded in the hip in a skirmish between the French under the command of M. de Subercase and the Bostonians according to a letter of July 6 1707 from M.Labat.
