My research started in July of 2007.
In 1980 I visited my Grandparents gravesite, (Abram Harvey & Nellie Bryant Parker)located in Maysville, Kentucky. There were some other grave sites there also with the last name of Parker. They were: Alice Gordon Parker, Mary Alice Parker.
I am still reseaching these names ( have had a problem getting info on them)
I wrote these names down and knew that some day that I would take the time to research these names. When I moved to Georgia, I ran across this list of names that I had kept from 1980.
So, here we are 2007 and I am finally doing my ancestor reseach. I have really enjoyed this, I will admit, it demands alot of time and patience, but it has been worth it.
My cousin, Norma did our ancestor research when she was in college. She has been a big help anwsering alot of questions and filling in the blanks. So I need to thank Norma for all of her help.
