Hello All,
My name is Charles Allen Irby and I have started this family research and don't know a lot about my father's family after it gets past my Grandfather,Vernon C. Irby.On that note I will tell you about something I do know about,My Family!
My wife is Janice Layton Irby of Kilbourne Louisiana and we have two children.Amanda Irby Miller 30 years old,she was married in September 2001 to her husband Randall Miller of Minden Louisiana.They have three sons, Bryce Randall Miller born 11/02/2003, Eli Joseph Miller born 12/28/05 and Corin Lane Miller born 09/10/08. I also have a 28 year old son, Derek Allen Irby who also has made his home in Minden,La. and is married to Pamela King Irby from Minden. They have one daughter, Baylee Nicole Irby born 10/06/08.
Janice is a Nurse at Carroll Nursing Home and I am a Police Officer for the Town of Oak Grove. We have been married 30 years and hope to get in another 30.
My father was Charles Vernon Irby,he passed away in 1994 and I dearly miss him.My mother is Geraldine Vining Irby.Her father was Theron Nash Vining and mother was Eva Mae Grubbs Vining.
I have three younger brothers,David Joe Irby of Bastrop,La.
Toney Randall Irby of Tuscalusa Al. and Kevin Lee Irby of Oak Grove,La.They are all married and have children as well.
We are our own family reunion,my father had one sister who is a widow also,Dela Irby Jones,she was married to H.W.Jones Jr.who is deceased.They had three children,Diane Jones Dunn,Linda Jones Fontana and Donny Ray Jones.Aside from her this is all the Irbys we know, that we are related to.That is why I want to trace our older people.
