To whom it may concern:
      Here is why I am writing this letter. I noticed the Bill Wilson murder case; if I understand the paper of this past week there might be something printed about it. The paper said just a few remembered about this case. I do remember some things about it and here is what I know.
      My father William Albert Miller was a juror on this case, and he was the only man that never gave up for Wilson to be hung for he didn't believe he killed his wife and baby. So Wilson was sent to the pen for life.
      Now in the year of 1919, about the middle of February, my daddy was coming home from Washington, D.C., where he had gone to have a blueprint and a sample made of a boll weevil catcher he had invented himself. So as he was coming home a woman got on the train. I don't know where this was or what depot it was, but a good ways off. She noticed daddy and moved form where she was sitting, came over and sat on the seat by him and asked him, "Aren't you Mr. William Albert Miller?" He said, "Yes, I am."
      She said, " Do you remember Bill Wilson who was sent to the pen for killing his wife and baby?" He said, "Yes, I was on the grand jury and was the man who kept them from hanging him. I just wouldn't give up." She said, "Well I am his wife and I'm going back home to have him freed and turned loose. I took our baby and left with another man. We married and have raised a family."
      So if you can use this letter I'd appreciate it.
