HARTSELLE - Funeral for Daisy James, 86, of Decatur will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mrs. James died Friday, Jan. 17, 1997, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Dec. 29, 1910, in Morgan County. She was a homemaker. She was the widow of Prentice James and the mother of Herman James.
She is survived by three sons, Wiley James of Decatur, Freddie James of Falkville and Garland James of Hillsboro; three daughters, Elizabeth Smith and Evelyn Martin of Decatur and Martha Garrison of Tacoma, Wash.: one sister, Mirty Nelson of Sommerville; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

HARTSELLE - Funeral for Prentice Denis James, 79, of 1017 20th Ave., S.E., Decatur, will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Falkville Baptist Church with the Rev. Kerry Cleghorn officiating.
Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mr. James died Thursday at Hartselle Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Daisy James; four sons, Freddy James of Falkville, Wiley James and Garland James, both of Decatur and Herman James of Trinity; three daughters Martha Garrison, of Tacoma, Wash., and Elizabeth Lawrence and Evelyn Martin, both of Decatur; two sisters, Vida Chaney of Hartselle and Gladys Chaney of Kalamazoo, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

      HARTSELLE - Funeral for Stella Hutson, 55 of 631 E. Pine St., Falkville, will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home chapel.

      Mrs. Hutson died Monday at Parkway Medical Ceneter Hospital. She was a member of Barnett Chapel Pentecostal Church.
