The graves of Nehemiah and Anne are noted in Indiana at the Hopewell Cemetery, the names on tombstones is 'Cossey'. Nehemiah Died March 11, 1847, age 77 years old, therefore born in 1770." According to his will Thomas Causey Sr. and wife Jane, had a son Nehemiah and 2 grandsons named Nehemiah. Thomas' son Nehemiah had an unnamed daughter in 1776 at the time Thomas died. Thomas had a grandson, Nehemiah, through his son Solomon. This Nehemiah married Susannah first, then Ann Peters in 1798 and eventually moved to Vermillion County, IN where he died in 1857. This is from "Land Record Liberty, Benton/Caroline County, MD p. 173-174. Thomas Sr. had another grandson Nehemiah through his son Thomas Jr. and Rosannah Hubbard. This Nehemiah is the one may have moved to NC. Another record indicates a Nehemiah Causey, born 1748 Ireland and married in 1793 to Susannah, called 'Anne' had two children, Thomas and Polly."
