Abram Marsh Hatfield (1829-1914) (Ancestor #28)

Abram Marsh Hatfield was my second great-grandfather, born to Jacob and Margaret (Kelley) Hatfield on 29 October 1829 in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, and died on 24 July 1914 in Arcadia, Nova Scotia. He first married Louisa Pinckney on 1 November 1857 in Yarmouth, and they had four children; after she died in 1866, he married Margaret Reid Short on 31 May 1869 in Lima, Peru, and they had thirteen children. Abram was a well-known sea captain and statesman in Yarmouth.
