Grade school Katherine attended St. Augustine from 1952 - 1960.
High school was at Sacred Heart Academy 1960 - 1964.
After high school Katherine took secretarial training at Success Business College.

During her schooling years she worked the summers for Co-op Hail Insurance in Regina.

Began working for Macdonalds Consolidated Limited September 13, 1965 as a clerk steno. Transferred to the Canada Safeway Limited arm of the operation as Advertising Secretary September 11, 1967. Became a senior secretary June 16,1969, then an Administrative Secretary July 30, 1973 and on January 1, 1978 an Administrative Assistant to the Division Manager for the Regina Division. Terminated on leave of absence December 17, 1982 officially retiring July 1983.

57. JUDITH MARIE (JUDY)⁷ LISKA (JOSEPHINE⁶ OLHEISER, BARBARA⁵ HIMMELSPACH, ADAM⁴, JACOB³, JOSEPH², GEORG¹) was born February 2, 1953 in Estevan, Sask., and died March 11, 1990 in Estevan, Sask.. She married MICHAEL E. (MIKE) KOVH November 1971 in Loretto Convent, Estevan, Sask..

Notes for JUDITH MARIE (JUDY) LISKA:
FROM A NEWPAPER CLIPPING

            Mrs. Judith Marie Kovh

      Funeral mass for Judith Kovh, late of Estevan, was held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 14, 1990 from St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, with Father J. Haley officiating. Interment followed at Estevan City Cemetery. Prayers were said at 7;30 P.M. Tuesday, March 13, from the Chapel of Orsted Funeral Home. Judith passed away after a lenghty illness at St. Joseph's Hospital on Sunday, March 11, at the age of 37 years.
      Judith was born on February 2, 1953 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Estevan. She lived at Taylorton until 1960 when she moved with her family to Estevan. Judith attended Sacred Heart School and St. Mary's School for her elementary education and Estevan Comprehensive School for Grade 10. Judith enjoyed all sports, especilly baseball and bowling. On November 25, 1971, Judith was united in marriage to Michael Kovh. Judith was a good wife and loving mother to their two sons, Mike and Andrew. She also helped with the Cubs and SCouts and Youth Bowling. Judith enjoyed life and being a loving mother. She had a lot of friends and was very close to all her relatives. Judith's heslth started to fail in 1985, when she had a brain tumor removed, at which time she was semi-paralyzed. Judith was cared for at her home by her family and home care.
      Judith is survived by her husband Michael, Estevan; two sons, Mike and Andrew, Estevan; her parents, Nick and Josephine Liska, Estevan; two brothers, Robert (Katherine), Regina; Michael, Estevan; one sister Linda (WAyne) Gress, Estevan; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
      Judith will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
      Pallbearers were Glen Olheiser, Pat Olheiser, Jerry Wock, Lloyd Shanner, Paul Radomski and Gordon Schwab.
      Funeral arrangements were in care of the Orsted Funeral Home, Estevan.

59. LORETTA DOREEN⁷ MILLER (BARBARA ALEXANDRIA (ALEX)⁶ OLHEISER, BARBARA⁵ HIMMELSPACH, ADAM⁴, JACOB³, JOSEPH², GEORG¹) was born May 13, 1959. She married JOHN BURGESS.

Children of LORETTA MILLER and JOHN BURGESS are:
