Before 1927 they moved to R. R. Branford, West Tn. They then moved to China Grove out from Rutherford, Tn. in West Tn. John went to Pontiac Michigan to work a couple years before the rest of the family, They stayed in Tennessee until abt. 1945 after Kathaleen graduated High School.
