George Williamson Morse

His father was the first Morse of our line in Texas, having come from New York in about 1848 as near as we can determine. His father was murdered outside Laredo. George W. was the most honest and most profane man in the county. He once threatened to blow up the Hillsboro, TX draft board to put a stop to WWI, but died before the government could prosecute.
