The description of both properties are "Houses, offices and land". The father had an area of A/7 R/1 P/6 with an net value of 9 pounds, 10 shillings and 0 pence. The area leased by John Junior was A/11 R/1 and P/38 with a Net Annual Value of £11/5/0. The Flannery family were later evicted from this land.
