Compiled in 1851 it details the 2 properties in the Townlands of Ballyguy which were leased by Sir Richard Bourke to John Flannery and his son John Flannery, Junior. The description of both properties are "Houses, offices and land". The father had an area of A/7 R/1 P/6 with an net value of 9 pounds, 10 shillings and 0 pence. The area leased by John Junior was A/11 R/1 and P/38 with a Net Annual Value of 11/5/0. The Flannery family were later evicted from this land.
