Third I give to my daughter Lenora J. HINSON one sewing machine and one bed or its value.

Fith I give to my beloved wife Susan HINSON one third of my property both real and personal with provision for the support of the family for one year, after I wish my property soald real and personal except that place that I bought from Lemual COATESs heirs, and divided between all of my children namely Charles L. HINSON & F. W. HINSON & Thoms. P. HINSON & Sedrick HINSON & Margarett A. HINSON & Sharloty HINSON & Cathen. HINSON & Lenora J. HINSON & William B. HINSON. I wish allso my grandson Adderson G. HINSON to have a half share of my real and personal property and F. W. HINSON one bed or its value which was not named with the rest. Sixth I give to my wife Susan that track of land that I bought from Lemuel COATES and heairs her life, after her death to my son William B. HINSON, if he should di before his mother then to my daughter Lenora J. HINSON, and if my Sons will build a house on the track that I give to my Wife Susan then she will give up the place whear she now lives to the children. if they do not build the house for her she to remain where she now lives during her life. the house they shall build for her must be comfortable costing from fifty to sixty dollars. I allso request my son F. W. HINSON to take care of my grandson Addison G. HINSON part untill he becomes of age and then pay over to him.
I allso leave my son Fredrick W. HINSON Exerter of my estate this my last will and testament made revoking all others made by me this 12 day of June 1885 whereunto I affix my hand and seal.

At a County Court being and held for Richmond County at the Court house thereof on Monday the 7th day of September 1885.
The last Will and Testament of Reuben HINSON decd. was this day proved by the oaths of R. ?. REAMY and T. M. R. REAMY witnesses thereto and is ordered to be recorded. And on this motion a Frederick W. HINSON the executor therein named who made oath thereto and together with Robert C. SANDERS his security entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $600 conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted to him the said Frederick W. HINSON for obtaining a probate of the said Will in due form. Said bond is ordered to be recorded.
