Irene E. Remsburg, second child born to Mae and Bill (William), married Glen Callison and had three children. Irene died November 15, 1963, and is buried in Swan Lake Memory Garden in Peoria, IL. Irene and Glen's children are: James G. Callison born in 1919, Betty Jane Callison born in 1921, and Franklin C. Callison born in 1926.
The third child born to Mae and Bill was Edna Remsburg who was born on August 21, 1890. She later married Clyde Dunseth, and had one child, Pauline Irene Dunseth who was born May 25, 1917. After Clyde died in 1943, Edna remarried to Otto Reed. They were later divorced.
Her daughter Pauline married Clyde Elsworth Thurston on November 13, 1937 and had three children. Pauline died April 15, 1984. Clyde, who was born August 16, 1910, died on June 3, 1984. Together they are buried at the Oak Knoll Cemetery in Sterling, IL. The first-born to Pauline and Clyde was Dean Lee Thurston, who was born August 7, 1938. Dean married Jean McFadyen on November 2, 1963 and had one daughter, Fiona born May 21, 1965.
The second child to Pauline and Clyde was a daughter by the name of Sally Joan Thurston born February 13, 1948. On June 6, 1981 Sally married Chester Stewart who was born on April 16, 1918. There were no children born to this union.
The last child of Pauline and Clyde Thurston was a son given the name Michael Craig. He was born February 20, 1951, and married and divorced Jane Frances Hoy. Together they had one son, Ryan Michael, who was born November 1, 1977. Michael then remarried in 1979 to Madonna Daniel. They had one son, Adam Daniel, who was born February 12, 1980. They were also divorced. Michael then married for a third time to Julie Wilson on June 29, 1983.
Isabel Blanche Remsburg, fourth child to Mae and Bill, was born January 19, 1894. She died May 29, 1968. At the age of 26 she married L. Glenn Kimler on December 31, 1920. Glenn was born December 22, 1891. He later died on April 25, 1962. They are buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport, FL. They did not have any children.
The final child born to Mae and Bill Remsburg was Perry J. Perry was born February 6, 1895. He was married to and divorced from Leona Lehman and had no children. He died August 23, 1951 and was buried in the Prairie Repose Cemetery.
Katherine was the daughter of Jack and Ellen Sheridan and was born March 13, 1870. She married Dr. Ralph Vernon Moore, and together they had no children. He preceded her in death on February 26, 1948. Katherine died later on October 25 of 1949. Both were cremated in Portland, Oregon.
John was the only surviving son of Jack and Ellen Shields Sheridan. He was born April 2, 1874 and married Mary H. Vincent. It has been said throughout the Sheridan family that Mary was brought to this country as a slave and worked for the Davins in East Grove Township. Perhaps she came to this country as an indentured servant and was able to marry Jack only after she fulfilled her obligation to this family. Jack was reputed to be one of the best farmers in the area. His samples of farm produce were the source of envy to his competitors. His farm was northeast of Ohio, IL. Jack died in 1937, on February 28th.
Jack and Mary had two children: Ella and James.
Ella was born December 5, 1903. She married William Todd on October 21, 1924. He was born August 3, 1900 and died October 29, 1978. He is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Ohio, IL. Ella and Bill had three sons: John, Joseph, and William.
John P. Todd was born March 17, 1925 and died November 25, 1988. John married Dorothy Forney and had one son, Gary. Gary has two children, McKinley, born January 29, 1979, and Kelly, born March 23, 1981.
Joseph W. Todd, second son to Ella and Bill, was born March 15, 1926. Joe never married and died February 9, 1988. He is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Ohio, IL.
