Have just heard from a new cousin whos great grand mother is Millie Ann Rose he is Philip (Phil ) Hargiss philiprhargiss@earthlink.net
says he has a lot of family history written by his grand mother whos hand writing was very poor she had very little education since she was the oldest of 13 children, she could go back only to Hiram Bud Rose and Teresa Wade .
Philip lives in Mo. is married and had four boys which three are still living six grand children and four great-grand children all living in Mo.

I have a copy of the 1920 Census from Oklahoma,
In 1924 John Henry Rose and his family travled from Oklahoma by a horse drawn wagon, my father said that the sons Lee and Johnie walked ahead of the wagon and arrived two days before the rest of the family.
