ETER GOODMAN:
Shortest man [ 5' 1/2" ] registered in the 1865 draft in Mooresville and Monroe Townships. He was killed by lightning while helping a horse caught in a fence. After Peter's death John P. Caldwell was guardian of The Goodman Children.
