Had a sister named Ruth (younger) and a brother Lewis I was told. Edith Davis Swetnam is a letter dated Jan 1, 1998 states "Dad's father (James) may have lived for several years after Dad (Frank, Sr) left home. He may be listed as dying in Carthage, Mo. Grandma (Sarah Grubb Davis) died first according to what Raymond says. Dad (Frank, Sr) was 16 years old when he left home and he went back close to home a couple of years later and someone told him his mother had died. He left again without seeing his dad that would be around 1884.. Dad (Frank, Sr.) mentioned a brother Bill, he may be listed as born in Carthage.
