Hugh as he was known, is identified as 35 years of age on his Marriage Certificate on 14 August 1926, however, the birthdate of 1889 is correct which would have made Hugh 37 when married ie born 1891.
Furthermore, Hugh's headstone indicates that Hugh died on 4th September 1926 aged 36 years. This should read died 14th October 1926.
