JOHN4 PEEBLES (ROBERT3, PATRICK2, ROBERT1)1 was born 31 Dec 1764 in New Salem, MA, and died 20 Aug 1834 in Martinsburg, Lewis Co., NY. He married DEBORAH SAFFORD1 07 Apr 1789 in Salem, NY by Rev. J. Warford. She was born 20 Apr 1771 in Stonington, CT, and died 19 Jul 1825 in Martinsburg, Lewis Co., NY. Notes for JOHN PEEBLES: John and Deborah spent their first few years of marriage in Salem, NY not too far from Sandgate, VT. where John's brother Samuel lived.
