I am the one attempting to compose this book to the best of my abilities and knowledge. I have researched these facts and assume them to be true. I was the only child and grandchild on my mother's side for the longest. I had so many cousins on my father's side I couldn't remember all of their names it seemed. Through records I found dates and middle names of cousins I couldn't remember. I have been married three times. I married the first time October 26, 1985 to Jeffrey Steven Speer of Concord, Tx. Jeff and I did not have any children, and we divorced September 9, 1991 due to irreconcilable differences. I met Charles Rayburn Boyd on my birthday in 1991. Jeff and I had been separated since Father's Day. Ray and I married February 14, 1992. I found out I was pregnant with Brandon on Mother's Day of 1992. Brandon was born January 5, 1993. He is the light of my life. Ray and I divorced on December 12, 1995 in Henderson, Rusk County, Texas. Brandon and I moved back to Jewett with my mother. I started nursing school in January 1996. I graduated in 1999 from Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas with an Associate Degree in Nursing. I am now a practicing Registered Nurse in the city of Mexia, Texas. I work at Parkview Regional Hospital in the Mary Gibbs Jones Rehabilitation Department. On February 10, 2001, my half-brother, Johnny Bruce Little, shot himself in the head with a 4440 pistol. He died on February 11th shortly after midnight. His best friend, Nathan "Rusty" Pierce, and I became close friends due to the legal entanglements that enfolded. Friends turned into love and we married November 6, 2001. We, (Rusty, Brandon, and myself live in Newby, just about 2 miles from Jewett on FM1512. Rusty has two sons by a previous marriage. William Russel Pierce, age 21 lives behind us, and Joshua Aaron Pierce, age 16, lives in Mineral Wells, Texas with his natural mother. On September 20, 2002, Rusty adopted Brandon and had his named changed to Pierce. \
