She was born 1716 in Stratham, Rockingham, New Hampshire, and died August 30, 1779 in Louden, Concord, New Hampshire.

AMUEL PIPER:
      Samuel Piper, father of Elisha Piper, born according to the latest information obtained, probably in Ipswich, Mass., in 1701. He was baptized in Wenham in 1701, but some families living in the part of Ipswich near Wenham attended church in the latter place, as it was nearer than the church in Ipswich. He married Jane Cate, and lived in Stratham, N. H., as a farmer the most of his life, or till 1785, when he removed with his youngest son Samuel to Loudon, N.H. He held some town office in Stratham, as surveyor of highways, constable. He died in Loudon about 1788. No record of the exact date of his death can be found. The one given does not vary much from the true one. His wife died in Stratham. The record of his baptism is found in the Wenham records. Notes taken from history done by Horace Piper.

      John Piper, born about 1703, probably in Ipswich; married Jane Haines, daughter of Samuel Haines, of Greenland, New Hampshire, December 1729. she died March 20, 1741, in Stratham, NewHampshire. He died November 4, 1742, in Stratham, being drowned in the Great Bay.
      John Piper has the names of three children recorded: 1. John, baptized in 1736, in Greenland, New Hampshire; married, had a family, and died in Stratham, New Hampshire. 2. Samuel, born June 21, 1739, in Stratham; died about 1829, in Stratham. 3. An infant child, born in Stratham; died March 16, 1741, in Stratham.
