Thomas Pitts (son of James Pitts and Emiline Spurlock) was born 1867 in Cannon Co. Tennessee (Woodbury), and died April 1953 in Fort Woth texas. He married Susan Allen on January 13, 1889 in Cannon Co. Tennessee.
Notes for Thomas Pitts: Fort Worth Star Telegram Morning Edition April 7, 1953 - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM in Owens Brumley chapel for Tom Pitts age 86, of 2209 1/2 Chambers. Burial will be in Whites Chapel Memorial Park. Mr. Pitts died Monday morning in a hospital. He lived here for three years and was a retired farmer. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. E.B. Phillips of Fort Worth and a son, Ova Clarence Pitts of Houston, 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
