Mrs. Esther Elizabeth Oliver Pitts of Anna was born on march 15, 1913 in Anna, the daughter of John Harm and Cora belle Burton Oliver. She died at 10:45 a.m. Monday, July 25, at the Union County nursing Home in Anna. She married Lynn Pitts on April 6, 1932. He preceded her in death on September 17, 1932. Mrs. Pitts is survived by three sons, Jack and Dick (Richard) Pitts, both of Anna and Bill Pitts of Martinez, Georgia; two daughters, Donna Heltowski of Escondidio California and Linda Coffe of Mississippi; 14 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a son bob; two daughters, Shirley and Sandra; three brothers and nine sisters. Mrs. Pitts was a retired cook, having worked at the Whitehouse Restaurant and Coffee Shop in Anna. Funeral services for Mrs. Esther Oliver Pitts will be at 1p.m. Thursday, today, at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna. Interment will be in Casper Cemetery. Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
