Mr. Jess Brimm of Anna was born on September 12, 1900, in Anna, the son of William and Francis Pitts Brimm. He died at 12:15 a.m., Tuesday, February 15, 1994, at Hillside Terrace Nursing Facility in Cobden. He married Mable Spicer on June 7, 1924, in Jonesboro. He is survived by his Wife, Mable of Anna; one daughter, Francis Garrett of Makanda; one brother, Ed Brimm of Anna; four grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. he was preceded in death by a son, Ernest Brimm. Mr. Brimm was employed by the City of Anna gas and water departments for many years. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Funeral services for Mr. Jess Brimm will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna with the Rev. Derrill Schroth officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, today, at the funeral home in Anna. Lutz and Rendleman Funeral home of Anna is in charge of arrangements.
