My mother and I are quite fond of the picture of 'Baby' you'll find in the scrapbook. When my granddaughter, Mallery Lauren, was about 8 or 9 months old, Mom and I had a revealing conversation, in which both of us agreed that the two remind both of us of the other one. I was very odd that we were both thinking the same thing!

This child was my grandmother's first born, and I cannot imagine the anguish she went through in losing her.
"Baby", as she is affectionately called, is buried at Riverside Cemetery in Denver, 5201 Brighton Boulevard (303-293-2466), section 130, Lot 11, Block 14, @ the north-east end of the cemetery. Her headstone has been knocked down and moved, and so the ACTUAL location is questionable, at best.]

I would like to set a stone for Leona that is more permanent than the one that exists now. I don't know how far I'll get. I got mixed reviews from my mother when I mentioned the idea to her. Connie Roberts.
