WILLIAM WELCH was for many years President of SLEEPER & HARTLEY, Inc., the company started by his father-in-law, FRANK H. SLEEPER in 1911 in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a photo of WILLIAM and VERNA in 1965 at the Tides Bath Club of North Redington Beach, Florida. WILLIAM died October of 1978 and VERNA LILLA SLEEPER WELCH died September 28, 1991. Both died in Worcester, Massachusetts.
