Charlie was the son of Charles and Julia. He was born on November 30,1887. He was married to Lillie T. Peters and the couple had 13 children,Alma,Ellen,Rossie,Milton,Woodrow,Hilton,Willena,Willie,Edward,malvin,Eloise, Charlie lee and Maxie Ruth McGowan. Charlie died on October 21, 1944.
