I started researching Anton Rambacher and have found many branches to our family tree. Read about the Doerr, Kegley, Tabor,Reiter, Slone, Maggard, Johnson, Lewis and many other families. Becareful reading this, you may find new family members. Enjoy!!!
Anton Rambacher was a pioneer German resident of Ironton. He was born in Germany on Jan. 18, 1846 and came to America Jan. 17, 1867. He resided in Cincinniati one year before moving to Ironton where he spent the rest of his life.
Anton was a contractor and builder. He built many businesses and residences in Ironton and owned several pieces of property in the city. His motto was "GOOD WORK OR NONE".
