Joetta Perrett won Human Rights poster competition

Australian Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission launched a poster competition to celebrate their 50th anniversary in 1998. Joetta Perrett, then a 17 year old student at Fairholme College, Toowomba, Queensland won the competition with her colorful and celebratory design.
