He married CAROLYN SPENCER BROWN November 05, 1966 in St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, Lynchburg, VA. She was born June 04, 1943 in Alexandria, Virginia.

RICHARD WALES⁶ STOAKLEY, b. January 13, 1971, Wlliamsburg, Va.

Notes for RICHARD WALES STOAKLEY:
Richard attended the University of Virginia received a BA degree in Architecture and received a grant and stipend to attend Graduate School at the University. He received a Master's Degree in Computer Science. While at the University he worked for Dr. Randy Pausch and had his thesis published. He read this thesis at an international conference in Colorado. Upon graduation he became employed by Microsoft Corp. in Redmond, Washington. He continues to work there as of 3/2001

Notes for ELIZABETH SPENCER STOAKLEY:
Elizabeth moved to NYC after graduation and worked for Bear Stearns Investment Bankers for 18 months. She than moved to Allied Irish Bank for about 5 months. She was then offered a position in Human resources from Lehman Bros. Investment Bankers in April of 2000. In March of 2001 she was transferred to the London Office of Lehman Bros.
