HOLBEN - Corliss E. Holben, aged 65, of Kent City R2, Tyrone township, passed away Saturday at his home. Surviving are his wife, Audra; three sons, Corliss (Dale) of Grand Rapids, Darrell L. of Miami. Fla., Carl (Ed) of Ken t Ci ty ; one daughter, Mrs. Lottie. Johnson of Kent City; two brothers, Antone of Kent City, Chalmer of Grand Rapids; two sisters, Miss Leah Holben and Mrs. Harold Anderson. both of Kent-City; nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the McKinley Chapel, Grant, with Rev. William Noordyk officiating. Interment Idlewild cemetery, Kent City.

C. E. Holben, 65, Kent Tiller, Dies
Grant - Corliss E. Holben, 65, a Tyrone township farmer who planned to retire Jan. 1, died unexpectedly of a heart attack Saturday at his Kent county home. He was a life-time resident of Kent City area. Mr. Holben was a member of the Casnovia Reformed church. Surviving are his wife, Audra; three sons, Corliss (Dale) of Grand Rapids, Darrell of Miami, Fla., and Carl (Ed) of Kent City; a daughter, Mrs. Lottie Johnson of Sparta; two brothers, Antone of Kent City and Chamber of Grand Rapids; two sisters, Miss Leah Holben and Mrs. Harold Anderson, both of Kent City, and nine grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 Tuesday at the McKinley funeral home here. Burial in Idlewild cemetery, Kent City.
