Witnesses: Adolphus C. Hardlicka, Antonio M. Shafarik, Priest Father Litwora. She was born October 13, 1861 in Budovich, Moravia, Bohemia, and died December 06, 1925.

Notes for William John Hajek:
William Hayek was born May 11,1860. He moved to the Bryan area where he married Mary Ann Krajca on May 18,1890. They had three children. Only one child, their daughter, Lillian married and has descendants. William died August 28,1936 at Beaumont. Both he and Mary Ann are buried in Bryan.
