The Delaney Brothers

The sons of Timothy and Alice Purcell Delaney, who were originally of Ireland. The family migrated down through Canada into Vermont, where sons Patrick Sr. and Edward were born, then on into New York State, settling in Cobleskill, Schoharie Co. Standing in this picture is my G-grandfather, Patrick Henry Delaney Sr., seated is his brother Timothy Jr., and Edward Delaney Purcell. I am seeking to discover more about the movements of this family, including where they originated in Ireland, where they landed in Canada, and where in Vermont my G-grandfather was born.
