A.T. Tovrea was the son of Bartley & Mathilda Low Tovrea from Sparta, Randolph Co., IL. A.T. married Rosa Jane Hood 1855 in Sparta. They were the parents of 10 children: John, Charles S. Edward Ambrose, William Arthur, Samuel, J Charles, Dora, and Alfred. A.T. died at the home of his daughter Dora in California. Photo submitted by Jim Johnson.
