FURBEE, Josie R., 98, of New Martinsville, died Monday, April 10, 2000, at home.
She was retired store clerk with Clegg's Grocery, Proctor, and Schrader's
Market, New Martinsville, and a member of the Proctor Christian Church, Proctor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis R. Furbee; her parents, Frank
and Gertrude Parson Ritz; two brothers, Clarence and Harry; a daughter, Gertrude Headley. Surviving are a stepson, James D. and his wife, Betty of Proctor; a stepdaughter, Peggy Cecil and her husband, Russell, of New Martinsville; a grandson, Larry Crebar and his wife, Tina of New Martinsville; a granddaughteer, Marva Jo Goudy and her husband, Russell, of Warsaw, IN; six step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; 11 step-great grandchildren. Friends received at Iams Funeral Home, New Martinsville where services were held. Interment in Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, Wetzel County, WV.
