Josiah Wallis (b. May 11, 1775, d. Aft. October 7, 1850)

Josiah Wallis (son of Thomas Hawkins Wallis and Ma Wallis)^{1916, 1916, 1917, 1918} was born May 11, 1775 in Randolph County, North Carolina^{1919, 1920, 1921, 1922}, and died Aft. October 7, 1850 in Southern District, Tishomingo County, Mississippi¹⁹²³. He married Sarah Hobson on December 31, 1795 in North Carolina^{1924, 1925}.

Notes for Josiah Wallis:
Moved from North Carolina to Tennessee in early 1800's.
Reports says Josiah died on August 30, 1950 while living with his grandson, Brnatley, in Tishomingo County, Mississippi, but the 1950 Census sheet dated on October 7, 1950 shows him as still alive.
