Deed Book G page 291 - May 16, 1836 Lawrence Egbert & Catherine Egbert, his wife, of Mercer County, Kentucky sell to Susannah Duncan of Anderson County, Kentucky, a parcel of land in Anderson County, Kentucky on Salt River for $450 & containing 1091/2 acres. Land corners to Plough then to a corner of Coke's land runs with Driskill's line, with Holme's old line to a corner to Mockensmith.

Deed Book E page 286 October 5, 1841 John Cummins sells to Matthew & Mark Duncan, all of Anderson County, Kentucky, two tracks of land on Salt River in Anderson County for $800. This land was conveyed to John Cummins by Livingston Cobbs & Samuel Chelis, attorney for Hoomes Heirs, 1^st tract of 100 acres, 2^nd tract of 15 acres. Deed Book F page 453 Susannah Duncan of Anderson County, Kentucky a tract of land on Scrub Grass Branch , which tract said Susannah Duncan bequeathed by last will and testament unto her two sons, Matthew & Mark Duncan, which is divided between them, Mark 54 acres including the mansion and Matthew got 59 acres. Mark Duncan has sold his part to Matthew Duncan.
