- May 16, 1836 Lawrence Egbert & Catherine Egbert, his wife, of Mercer County, Kentucky sell to Susannah Duncan of Anderson County, Kentucky, a parcel of land in Anderson County, Kentucky on Salt River for $450 & containing 1091/2 acres. Land corners to Plough then to a corner of Coke's land runs with Driskill's line, with Holme's old line to a corner to Mockensmith.

Mark Duncan has sold his part to Matthew Duncan.
