3. JOSEPH⁸ WELLIVER (JOHN⁷, PETER⁶, JOHANN PETER⁵, JOHANN PETER⁴ WOHLEBEN, WAHLRATH³, JOHANN PAULUS², PETER¹) was born 28 Jul 1785 in New Jersey, and died 11 Oct 1850 in Jackson Co., Ind. He married DEBORAH GOLDER 25 Sep 1806 in Cumberland Co., PA. She was born 26 Aug 1791 in New Jersey, and died 13 Nov 1864 in Jackson Co., Ind.

4. ISAAC (WOLIVER)⁸ WELLIVER (JOHN⁷, PETER⁶, JOHANN PETER⁵, JOHANN PETER⁴ WOHLEBEN, WAHLRATH³, JOHANN PAULUS², PETER¹) was born 1785 in Pennsylvania, and died Mar 1833 in Fayette Co., Oh. He married CHARITY BRAY 1814 in Pennsylvania. She was born 1785 in New Jersery.

Notes for ISAAC (WOLIVER) WELLIVER:
There is no known "exact" date of death for Isaac, it is believed that he died in March of 1833. because this is the first word of the estate of Isaac. On 7 September 1833, his wife, Charity refused to administer his estate . Document from court records in Fayette Co., Ohio dated 7 September 1833 reads:"It appearing to the court that the widow of Isaac Welliver, late of this county Deceased refuses to take upon herself the burden of the administration of the Estate of said deceased. Thereupon on motion James McCoy, who together with Lawson P. Reid, and Samuel F. German his securities entered into and acknowledges his bond in the penalty of one thousand dollars conditioned as this law directs. Letters of Administration are granted unto him on the personal estate of Isaac Welliver, late of this county deceased. And thereupon the said James McCoy was sworn faithfully to discharge his duty. And it is ordered the Elisha Taylor, Joseph Orr, and Isaac Grace after being duly sworn to appraise into current money all the personal estate of said deceased and make return in three months to the clerk's office as required by law.

He is shown in the 1830 Wayne Twp., Fayette Co., Ohio census.

He was living in Pennsylvania in 1815, then moved to Ross Co., Ohio about 1820 and then lived in Fayette Co.

A document was found, dated 9 July 1836 stating: "this day, Jane Weliver, a minor over the age of twelve years with the assent of the court made choice of Norman F. Jones for her guardian and the said Norman Fl Jones was by the court appointed guardian for Bray Welever and George Welever minors under the ages of fourteen years. Thereupon the said Norman F. Jones, together with Isaac Grace and David Morrison his securities entered into and acknowledged his bond in the penalty of two thousand dollars conditioned as the law directed".
