  Notes for WILLIAM WELLIVER:
He was never married. Jackson County Circuit Courts records Order book 00 page 367-368 shows that late in life to protect his interest and to protect him from those persons who would take advantage of him, the court judged him as a man of unsound mind and Charles Welliver his brother posted a bond of $3000.00 and was given the guardianship of William.

The estate settlement of William Welliver recorded in order book 16 pg 214 file 3045: the estate worth $1982.00. Charles and Elizabeth were the only heirs.
