David Terrell III (b. 1763, d. 1858)

David Terrell III (son of David Terrell II and Sarah Johns(t)on)¹⁰¹⁰ was born 1763 in Lynchburg, VA¹⁰¹⁰, and died 1858 in Highland County, Ohio¹⁰¹⁰. He married Mary Anthony on WFT Est. 1778-1812¹⁰¹⁰.

Moved to Ohio from Virginia in 1806. Settled near Highland (formerly New Lexington) in Highland County. Was Justice of the Peace in Fairfield Township for 25 years. Was a great hunter and loved to spend his time in the wilderness. (AHE)

Several members of this family are buried in Fairfield Township Cemetery near Leesburg, Ohio, in "The Friends' Cemetary".
