Wow! I have finally caught a few minutes to put in some additions on this page. First, let me tell you some good news. Isabelle has cometo live with Tim & me. We are delighted and overjoyed to have her. She is the smartest, prettiest, best baby ever! I have added a few pics below that we have taken this last month.....
Also, I am working on a new family email directory and am hoping to have it up by next month...

I find it a very sad occassion to update this page this year. My Mother, Kathy Wolnik, passed away on April 3. It was very sudden and unexpected. I have posted her obituary under Family Photos.
She would be amused at one irony. Both being interested in genealogy, we would discuss the best sources of information. We agreed that death certificates are the most likely to contain errors as the person giving the info is upset and may not give the correct info. Well, I did it. I gave the wrong birth info on hers. I know she's smiling =) about this someplace.....

Wow! It's been a while since I have updated and I hardly know where to start…but here goes!
First, I have added photos and family tree info to the site. Check em out and let me know if you have any additions or corrections. Email me photos (or snail mail em and I’ll send em right back) to the address below! I will also be updating the Family Email Directory later this month.

In June, Georgina (Eberhardt) Nickel and her wonderful husband, Erhard, visited from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was great to meet our cousins from the north and we had a great visit. There is truth to the belief that Canadians are a nice bunch! I am posting a couple pictures we took while they were here. (Georgie’s father, John, and my g-grandmother Mary Eberhardt Bassell were brother and sister)

In July, the Rehfield bunch had their annual family reunion in Washington. I will also post a couple pics from this. It was a dual celebration this year as Claramae (Hubbard)Rehfield celebrated her 80th birthday. Even more impressive is that Bill and Claramae had just celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary! This is truly inspiring!

On a very sad note, there was a special person missing from this year’s celebration. My uncle, George ‘Chief’ Bassell, passed away in March. He is very much missed…..

Well, that’s the news for now. Let me know of anything special that you would like me to share here….

January 24, 2002 : Happy New Year everyone! I hope everybody had a great Holiday season. My research is continuing this year, just firing up again after the the Holidays! danielle =)

October 21, 2001 WOW! It sure has been a while since I updated here! I am in the process of uploading new photos and info now. Hope everyone had a great Summer...the holidays will be here before we know it!

FEBRUARY 24, 2001: I HAVE COMPILED AN EBERHARDT BOOK TITLED 'THE ANCESTORS AND DESCENDANTS OF MARY EBERHARDT BASSELL'. IT IS APPROX 100 PAGES OF FAMILY RESEARCH, GREAT PPICTURES, RECIPES AND HISTORY. THE PRINTING COST IS $7.50, shipping is $3.20 ($10.70 total). E-MAIL ME TO ORDER A COPY! I have four left.
