The Paulosko-Zuzek and Lawler-Halpin Family Home Page

Updated February 15, 2004

Welcome!

Research on the Paulosko and Zuzek families extends to the early 1900's, when members immigrated to the United States and eventually settled in Northeast Ohio. This information includes ISKRA & ZUZEK (Slovenia and OH), UDOVIC (Slovenia), and SZABO, SABO, & PAULOSKO (Hungary and OH).

The Lawler and Halpin families trace back into the 1800's, with most of my direct line tied to those settling or spending time in Iowa. Many of the Halpins were associated with the telegraph/railroad industry and several of the Lawlers were farmers.

The Lawler family information includes LAWLER, GLENNON, RIAL, & BURKE, (IA and Ireland), HOLLAND & SHEERN (IN), SULLIVAN & OVERTON (IA, MN, and Ireland), PETERSON (IL, IA, Dennmark, and Sweden), SANDS (NY, WI and IA), ATKINSON (WI and England), and HAY (PA).

Research on the Halpin family includes HALPIN & BANNON (IA and Ireland), LILLY (MD, OH, IA, and England), MAJORS/MAGERS (OH, MD, and England), CAIN (OH, IA, and MN), PIERCE (OH and NJ), MILLS & WHEELER (MD), SCHUELE (WA, WI, and Germany), SPAULDING & EDDINGS (WA), and MacNEIL/McNEIL (Ireland).

Additional information is welcomed!
