ISO Harris family of boy b. 10JUN1966 CA

My brother and I were both adopted.He was born June 10, 1966 in Sacramento CA.I have been told that one of his birth parents' last name was HARRIS and that they were teenagers when he was born.I would very much like to connect with his birth family if there is any interest.
