FTM will not acknowledge the Family Archive CD's in the drive

Help,
I'm running FTM 11, on Windows XP. I recently recieved some FTM archive cds. But, the program FTM does not acknowledge the cd in the drive. I followed steps for trouble shooting. Nothing has helped. It keeps telling me to insert the cd and retry. Nothing....
Help.
