In addition, please fix the error routines or remove them
1- State names are abbreviated by two letter designations and both are capitalized if done according to the post office, and all states. Yet FTM does it wrong and has been doing so for about 4 versions.
2- FTM has an adjustable date for child/parent. The default is 13 yrs-- BUT Even if you change the setting it still only works as 13. Please fix or remove.
3- Error reports use of titles as names as an error. Sometimes it is not an error and one should be able to eliminate the error once it has been determined as correct so it doesn't show up in later error listings.
4- Search routine should be able to search through reports, esp the doc events report to locate and correct data entry errors. It can't.
This only begins to list problems with FTM error routines and these problems have existed for at least 4 versions. You'd think they'd want to do it right. To do so would speed up genealogy work and make it much more enjoyable as well as more accurate. I agree about the fluff.
