Windows 2000 is suppose to be more stable but then so was every other Windows operation system.I don't know about PAF.If you go to LDS, they should give you the system requirements.I use Legacy, which you can also download for free.I dual boot with Linux and Windows ME and it runs on ME.Actually, since PAF and Legacy are both free to download, you could try one or the other with 2000 and if they don't work, just delete.Good luck,
